This is a high quality 100% natural, Nylon reinforced rubber and the price is per lineal meter NOT square metre. So if you put quantity 1.5 this will be 1.5m of 2m wide rubber. All floor rubber can be completely sealed if a join is needed to rubberise an area wider than this 2m width.

It is also important to note that this is an extremely hard wearing non slip rubber that will not harden and become slippery over time. Some similar looking rubbers made for price contain synthetic rubbers, mixes of synthetic and natural rubber  and sometimes have visible regrind thrown in, which wear faster and harden over time creating a slippery surface.

Flat based rubber is ideal for applications where the product will be glued down to a hard surface, if you do not intend to glue it down or wanting it for a gravel or soft surface the 2m wide rib based rubber will be more suited for this.
