The new custom Equrope joiner for enhanced conductivity and vastly improved life of not only the joiner but the Equirope too. This product was designed to withstand the harshest conditions including near saline areas where other metals can experience corrosion.
The design of this joiner ensures 28 points of contact with the interwoven conductors within the rope, so conductivity could never be better.
The material used to make these joiners is a custom blend of metals to give a join that creats no bimetallic or galvanic reaction between the joining block and the tin plated copper conductors within the rope, this joiner is a must to retain the guarantee on the Equirope system.
An added advantage is the stainless steel screw, preventing these screws rusting into the block, so these joiners can easily be re-used.
It is important to note, any joiners with galvanised or plated finish could cause corrosion of the conductors within the rope and you lose your guarantee if such are used on the Equirope.

Gold Series Striker Joiners and Connectors
By: Andrew Turney on 14 October 2019We have been using the new "Gold Series" joiners for over a year now and having replaced the original zinc clamps which were corroding due to the salt laden air because of the proximity to the coast to our equestrian property. These bronze clamps are showing no sign of corrosion just the natural darkening of the metal. They are easy to adjust if required unlike the previous clamps which are more of a single use connection if left for more than a year especially in a coastal environment. The additional cost is more than made up for due to the extra lifespan they give. Highly recommended. Rimmer Road Equestrian
